One of our members, Hunt Summerford, will be raising money for Susan G Komen’s Pink for the Cure®.

Hey everyone! I wanted to let everyone know about a fundraiser I have started with Susan G. Komen Passionately Pink for the Cure®. On September 14th I am setting out on a solo 160+ mile long distance stand up paddle board trip from Columbia, SC to Charleston, SC to raise money for the fight against breast cancer.Check out the link below describing everything about the fundraiser, how to donate, etc… I am asking for as much help as possible in raising money for this cause and spreading the word about this event. 100% of the money raised will go directly to Susan G. Komen Passionately Pink for the Cure®. No donation is too small and please send this out to anyone. I want to make this as big as possible. Help me raise money to save the boobies!

4th Annual Tello Vasquez Memorial Golf Tournament

Please join us on June 11th, 2011 for the 4th Annual Tello Vasquez Memorial Golf Tournament held at Wild Dunes out on Isle of Palms’ Harbor Course. The tournament is a Captain’s Choice style tournament with all you can eat and drink with a shotgun start at 9am. There will be plenty of raffle opportunities with a chance to win a Center console boat at the hole-in-one shot at hole #16. Join us for the annual Palmetto Society Boat Cruise on June 3rd, 2011 from 7:30pm-10pm. Tickets are $30 per person which includes free Food, Beer, and Wine. The music for the evening will be provided by Dave Landeo.
